Client moving to other screen

Description:

I use 2 screens and dalamud is configured for allowing multi screen use
FFXIV is open on my right display, my right display is also my main display.
when the client is in it's minimized state on the right side of that display, and i click on the home icon ( have not tested this with other icons ) then at random it will move to the right side of my left display, with random being, it will happen once every /random 40 times clicking

i think the client wants to expand to the right side instead of the left which it should based on it's docking position, which it cannot, prompting probably IMGUI to push it to the other display

Good catch. I've never used dalamud with multi screen (or off screen), so it probably has issues with finding "where am I" - as it does relative positioning. I will try and see if I can reproduce this.

The issues I found:
1) When enabling multimonitor support, the detection logic for "left or right side" would break
2) On different monitors the expanding / minimizing wouldn't work properly, or restore in weird places

This is now fixed, there's recognition of monitors now, and it will restore properly in the few tests that I did.
