I want to build an evacuation / user move wizard for the client. Evacuation is when as server is down, and the user wants to move to another server to keep using HF. The end goal would be for the user to still be paired to everyone, but on their new UID@Server.
This should include things like:
Taking all the individual pairs with them
Taking all syncshells with them (except for syncshells that are owned).
People will be able to move to another public server
Moving will need update other federation servers
Moving might require revalidation if the target server has no validation record
