Currently the admin panel show the current local server set up in a diagram. I want to change this so that it shows:
1) Basic metrics in blocks
2) A list of user to review
3) the current diagram, but smaller and more condensed.
Plus, for admin users, I want there to be a notification box, that can send a message to all connected users within the server, or a single user (if they want that).
This should finish up the admin panel for our release version.
